This new year will be our 10th season accompanying you in your cycling holidays. We will have the opportunity to revisit this anniversary at the end of the year. In the meantime, we still have more destinations and motivation to accompany you in your bike travels. And we are very happy to see you again for a new season.
To travel on the strength of one’s own legs, to meet others, to meet oneself is what’s called gentle roaming. It is not a question of distance, it is not a question of speed or effort, all this is too subjective. It’s a state of mind, an openness to the world, a deep respect for nature and the insatiable need for basic emotions that give another dimension to our lives. Warmth & kindness is what we wish you for this new year, in your itineraries and in your projects.
2019 will undoubtedly be the year in which the most cycling adventures that have never been ridden will be organized all over the world. Together, we will contribute to nearly 500 of them. We can’t wait to share them with you.
Looking forward to meeting you in the organization and at the start of your next cycling adventure.
Best wishes to you!
The Abicyclette Travel Team

Hello Natalie, We are now back in Sweden from our bicycle tour in Normandy. I would just like to give you some feed back from the tour: We were all very satisfied with the trip. When planning the trip, we found it very easy to work with you, quick answers and good flexibility for our ideas. Excellent choice of roads, which took us through the fantastic landscapes of Normandy, and also along the fashinating see shores ending with the first D-day shore. Most roads with very little traffic. We also appreciated the kindness of all french drivers who never complained although we sometimes were in the middle of the small narrow roads. The distances was OK for all of us. When there was a choice of long or short distances, we always selected the long ones. Easy to find the roads with the excellent GPS and the very good Road Book. We also appreciated the very good choice of B&B, places where we felt wellcome and with good standard. A trip we will recommend to our friends. We also had good luck with the weather, lots of sun, not to strong winds, just one or two showers in daytime. (Was the weather also organised by you??) With Best Regards (05/2017)
Dear Fabien, Thank you very much for your interest. Thanks to the good one to do, the enthusiasm and the explanations of the guide, today the first day we have completed the first stage successfully in spite of being experienced neither at bicycles nor in GPS. Incredible!!! Thank you very much. A greeting Martha (08/2017)
Die Tour hat uns gut gefallen. Danke für die gute und interessante Routenführung. Lieber Gruss (05/2016)
Hi Thanks for a perfectly organised trip port to port in Bretagne! We had a wonderful holiday. We used some of the restaurants you described in the traveler book. Helle and Peter. :) (08/2017)
It has been an excellent experience. Totally raw with the bicycles, everything was organized so well (bicycles, housings, local information to eating) that we enjoy every moment of the tour. The explanations of the first day on the part of the guide us turned out to be very useful and to know that always you could rely on the organization it allowed us to enjoy the trip. The tour, on there having no been rolled traffic, is most indicated for people that as us it cannot circulate in road with the bicycle. The way of sirga that accompanies on the channel of Nantes Brest is of a spectacular beauty. It seems of another time, to admire the flowers that adorn the exclusas of the Channel, the villages that you are, a marvel. What more we estimate : All the explanations the day of delivery of the bicycles and of the documentation. The transport of suitcases and last day the taxi up to the village where we had to catch the bus. We come to France without having anything organized absolutely. (09/2017)
