Marie is responsible for creating the roadbooks and the GPS itineraries. She takes care to tailor each route to your preferences and fitness level. Whether you’re looking for a challenging adventure or a more leisurely trip exploring iconic sites, anything is possible! Marie carefully maps out the stages, selects points of interest, and adjusts the itinerary to ensure it is perfectly balanced in terms of distance and difficulty.

Once the routes are ready and loaded into the GPS, Laura takes charge of preparing the musettes. These small bags are handed out at the start and contain not only the route guide, but also practical information about the route and dining options, local contacts, and personalized advice. Designed to be a true travel kit, it’s meant to accompany you every step of the way.

Preparing your cycling trip gear
Equipment is obviously a key factor in a successful cycling trip. After each booking is made, Maël, our rental manager, ensures that the bikes are available and reserved. He also handles the logistics (delivery, pickup), particularly for one-way rentals, where the departure and arrival points are different. Prior to this, Maël occasionally verifies that the type of bike requested by the customer is well-suited to their cycling vacation plans.

Julien, for his part, makes sure that every bike is thoroughly serviced before departure. He performs a complete check of the equipment: tire condition, tightness of bolts, brake pads, drivetrain, and braking system. He makes sure the bikes are properly adjusted and prepares the necessary gear for the trip: waterproof panniers, repair kits (inner tubes, patches, pump, etc.). Julien has only one goal in mind: to make the customer feel like they’re riding a brand-new bike.
