Overall, the staff at A Bicyclette was great, extremely accommodating, especially Gaëlle. The suggestions and details we received in addition to the printed details were great. Some of the restaurants recommended were fantastic. The Canal du Midi bike trip was beautiful and the organizers made it easy.
The pre- planning was flexible, took our wishes in consideration and accommodated them very well. The luggage transfer worked great. The bicycles were tough enough for the path, which sometimes was rough, but they had good tires and good suspension, and handled the path well.
